Order & MOQ
What is your minimum order quantity?
MOQ is typically 50–100 pcs per SKU (category-dependent). Mixed models for trial orders are accepted.
Can I order samples?
Yes. Sample lead time is usually 7–10 days depending on stock and customization.
How do I place an order?
Confirm model/specs → receive PI/contract → pay deposit → production → balance before shipment → dispatch. Our team will guide each step.
Can I visit the factory or arrange a third-party inspection?
Yes—factory visits and third-party inspections (e.g., SGS/TÜV/BV) are welcome.
Lead Time & Shipping
What is the production time?
Regular items: 7–15 days after deposit & artwork approval. New/customized structures may require extra time.
What shipping methods are available?
Sea (FCL/LCL), air, rail (to EU), and courier/express for urgent small lots. We can ship EXW/FOB/CIF/DDU/DDP as requested.
Can you consolidate multiple SKUs into one shipment?
Yes. We can mix SKUs and optimize packing to save freight.
Quality & Compliance
What certifications can you provide?
Products can comply with EN71, CPSIA, CE, ISO processes where applicable. Test reports or conformity docs can be arranged per SKU/market.
How do you control quality?
Incoming material checks → in-process inspections → final AQL sampling. Each batch is verified for safety, load, workmanship, color, and packaging integrity.
Do you offer warranties?
Yes. Standard warranty covers manufacturing defects; wear-and-tear or misuse is excluded. Specific terms depend on the item—please confirm before ordering.
Payments & Pricing
What payment terms do you accept?
T/T (deposit + balance before shipment). L/C is negotiable for large orders.
How long is your quotation valid?
Normally 15–30 days due to currency and raw-material fluctuations.
Can you hold prices for long-term cooperation?
We can discuss quarterly or semi-annual pricing based on volumes and forecasts.
